Core Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement modular, maintainable frontend solutions optimized for scalability and performance.
• Lead feature and epic design sessions while collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers.
• Drive technical decisions aligning with both customer needs and long-term business objectives.
• Identify, assess, and resolve technical ambiguities through structured analysis.
• Lead projects from concept to final delivery with limited supervision.
• Collaborate across engineering teams to manage dependencies and align roadmaps.
• Maintain code quality through detailed reviews, thorough testing, and adherence to engineering standards.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and frontend monitoring systems.
• Refactor and improve legacy code bases while driving initiatives to reduce technical debt.
• Champion frontend best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization strategies.

Key Technical Skills:

JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Web Design, SPAs, Web Performance Optimization, CI/CD, Agile Methodologies, Object-Oriented JavaScript, UI/UX Principles, Security & Accessibility

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Minimum 3 years of experience building single-page applications (SPAs).
• Minimum 2 years working within the React ecosystem.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (OOJS concepts and modern frameworks).
• Proven ability to convert mockups into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML/CSS implementations.
• Experience designing for a variety of devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Solid understanding of UI design patterns, performance tuning, and usability.
• Experience with agile methodologies and collaboration across distributed teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to lead technical initiatives independently.
